Shift and Hours: 

Afternoon Shift: Tuesday to Saturday from 3:30 pm to 12:00am.  

 

Role Mandate

Ecommerce processors are responsible for performing duties associated with receiving, put away, picking, packaging, shipping and return processing of merchandise to support the ecommerce business. Ecommerce processes primarily consist of performing light industrial functions using carts, PC’s and RF technology, the use of powered equipment (forklifts etc.) in the facility is extremely limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares, processes and moves merchandise productively and accurately according to established guidelines in order to meet location standards
  • Practices safety awareness
  • Works independently and in a team as assigned and moves between job functions as needed
  • Processing must be completed in a timely manner to maintain established department and location standards/goals
  • Loads and unloads trailers, scans merchandise, builds pallets and labels merchandise
  • Picks, packs and merges orders
  • Rebags/Retickets, replenishes and/or stocks merchandise as needed
  • Verifies accuracy of production or location; may set or assign locations of products
  • Performs manual, computer or RF functions to enter data in systems
  • Perform process quality audits
  • Update and modify information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Communicate with other stakeholders regarding product status
  • Ensure the timeliness of customer and vendor returns
  • Other duties as assigned
