Day In The Life:

The Senior Manager, Credit Cards Portfolio Management will drive the growth of the Hudson Bay Mastercard Portfolio. This role will provide leadership and strategic direction through management of high priority strategic initiatives related to acquisition of new customers, client lifecycle management, new product development and oversight of key marketing activities.


This role will actively support our DE&I framework by identifying opportunities to increase and promote diversity in our teams, products and brands. They will lead with inclusion to nurture our OneTeam culture by removing barriers for our Associates and communities


What You Will Do:

  • Drive profitable growth of the MasterCard Portfolio by optimizing acquisitions channels
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities to drive growth and optimize the product P&L
  • Create strategic product and innovation roadmaps that align with the overall card's strategy
  • Lead cross functional teams to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners and key internal stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience, marketing and sales creative, streamline processes, etc.
  • P&L management including Budget forecasting, planning and reporting


What You Will Need:

  • In-depth knowledge of Credit Card business, financial services, and product management experience
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing a P&L
  • 5 years' experience in a Product, Marketing, Business Development or Analytics
  • Minimum undergraduate university degree
  • Experience in partner relationship management an asset
