Day In the Life:
The Material Handler is an integral part of the distribution operation. Essentially, you are responsible for ensuring that merchandise reaches the designated end destination in a timely fashion. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team, playing an integral role in the overall shipping and receiving operation. Additionally, as a certified First Aid Attendant, you will provide a level of care within the scope of your training to minimize the consequences of injury or until further medical treatment is obtained, if required.
What You Will Do:
- Lead through results
- Innovative that generates a variety of approaches to problem-solving, including new and novel ideas.
- Assist in inbound/outbound processing materials
- Hanging and rearranging merchandise in aisles
- Moving and sorting merchandise on rolling racks
- Assisting with heavy containers
- Flexibility with regards to tasks, area, and schedules
