The teams in the India office play an integral role in supporting Hudson’s Bay’s strategic plan. Bengaluru’s workforce has deep experience in a variety of areas, including finance and accounting, technology, as well as other shared services and will support Hudson’s Bay’s operations on an ongoing basis.  

Key Job Responsibilities:
 Communication between vendors and HBC for Optimization of customer order fulfillment.
 Tracks, resolves and escalates customer purchase order fulfillment Issues.
 Coordinates delivery issues with suppliers to ensure product availability at the Distribution Centers
 Oversees inbound and receiving priorities to resolve issues with the Distribution Centers and
Logistics departments
 Support stores and Customer care team via email inquiries and MHF systems.
 Communicates all in-stock issues to the appropriate Replenishment Analyst and Buyer.
 Utilizes company-approved technology, tools and processes in support of Merchandising,
Planning and Supply Chain.

 Financial Acumen – understanding how and what factors impact profit and turnover
 Analysis and Decision Making – Identify problems/opportunities, generate timely solutions, and
timely decisions,
 Strong knowledge and understanding of customer order fulfillment follow up and vendor
accountability.
 Good knowledge of supply and inventory management
Technical Skills
 Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) etc.
 Ability to learn and master technology/systems quickly and thoroughly support the Major Home
fashion business.
